Rowe Casa Organics · Commerce App

Customers build the bundle themselves.

Rowe Casa sells across home, personal care, baby care, beauty and wellness — a catalog wide enough that the right basket is rarely a fixed set. We launched their native iOS and Android app around choosing the products that make one.

Project Scope

A wide catalog, and a basket worth assembling.

Bundle building became a first-class mobile flow, alongside favourites, reordering, rewards and the order updates that keep a repeat purchase from needing a chase.

A prebuilt bundle is somebody else’s basket.

Rowe Casa spans home, personal care, baby care, beauty and wellness. Across a catalog that wide, a bundle assembled for the average customer is rarely the bundle in front of you.

Fixed sets ask people to accept items they did not want in order to reach the saving. On a phone, where comparing and swapping is the hardest thing to do, that friction lands hardest.

A discount you have to accept the wrong products to earn is not much of a discount.

What We Built

A native commerce app built around assembling the basket, then making the next one effortless.

Bundles You Assemble Yourself

Bundle building as a core mobile flow.

Rather than buying a fixed set, customers pick the products that complete an eligible bundle — the app counts them in and holds the total until the bundle qualifies. The saving stays; the compromise goes.

It moves the merchandising decision to the person who knows what is already in their cupboard.

Favourites, and the Reorder After That

Saved favourites and repeat purchasing.

Customers save what they liked and reorder it without rebuilding the search that found it. The range is browsable by best sellers, new releases, wellness, hair care and hormones, so a second visit does not start from scratch.

Rewards as a Destination

Loyalty is a tab, not a footer link.

Rewards sit in the primary navigation beside Home, Shop and Account, so the balance is somewhere a customer goes rather than something they stumble on at checkout.

App-only offers and order status live there too, and targeted push carries product discovery, promotions and order updates. The reason to reopen arrives on its own — which is the whole difference between an app and a bookmark.

A Cart That Does the Arithmetic

Free-shipping progress, in the cart.

The cart shows how far the basket is from free shipping rather than leaving the customer to work it out, and offers shipping protection as a line item rather than a surprise.

On a brand people buy in multiples, the number that matters at checkout is the gap — not the total.

The Outcome

Rowe Casa Organics ships on the App Store and Google Play, with bundle building, rewards and reordering in one place. The mobile channel added revenue rather than moving it off the web storefront.
