LEGO Latin America
Three markets, one mobile commerce standard.
New native storefronts for Chile and Peru, plus a Colombia rebuild, connected to each market's catalog, payments and live commerce operation.

Project Scope
One mobile program, shaped for three markets.
A shared commerce standard gave every market a consistent experience while local catalog, currency, payments and inventory stayed connected to the business behind it.
Mobile demand was moving faster than the operation.
LEGO customers across Latin America were already shopping on their phones. Chile and Peru had no native storefronts to meet them there. Colombia had an app from another agency, but its performance and delivery relationship were falling short.
The three markets shared a brand, but not a single operating context. Each storefront needed its own catalog, currency, payment methods and inventory connection. Competitors were gaining mobile ground while those gaps remained open.
The work had two launch problems and one recovery problem. They still needed to become one coherent program.
What We Built
Three native storefronts, delivered through the same operating model and adapted where each market needed to be different.
Chile and Peru, from No App to Live Stores
Native commerce for two new markets. Both countries moved from web-only shopping to apps in the App Store and Google Play.
Local before consistent. Payments, regional catalog, currency and inventory were configured around each market, then brought into one recognizable shopping experience.
Colombia, Rebuilt inside the Same Program
The existing app was handed over and rebuilt to the same quality and operating standard as Chile and Peru. Existing shoppers moved to the new experience while LEGO gained one consistent mobile foundation across all three markets.

Local Storefronts, Connected Operations
Commerce data stays current. Inventory, pricing and promotions update from the systems already running each market. The app does not become another catalog for a local team to reconcile by hand.
One standard without flattening the markets. Shared product and engineering decisions made the program easier to operate, while local payments and merchandising remained intact.
The Outcome
LEGO gained mobile commerce coverage across Chile, Colombia and Peru: two first-time launches and one rebuilt storefront, all running against a shared standard.
