## Three Markets with Different Starting Points

LEGO’s mobile commerce work in Chile, Colombia and Peru began with two different problems. Chile and Peru had no native storefronts. Colombia already had an app from another agency, but its performance and delivery relationship were falling short.

The brief combined two first launches with one existing-app rebuild. All three needed a consistent shopping experience, connected to the commerce operation in each country.

## Local Commerce Inside a Shared Experience

The markets shared a brand, but each had its own catalog, currency, payment methods and inventory connection. Those differences had to carry through the mobile experience.

We built native storefronts around each market’s operating context. Local payments, product availability and pricing remained connected to the business behind the app, while browsing, product detail and the cart followed a recognizable shopping flow.

## Two Launches and One Rebuild

Chile and Peru moved from web-only shopping to native apps on the App Store and Google Play. Each launch brought that market’s catalog and commerce connections into the mobile experience.

Colombia’s existing app was handed over and rebuilt to the same quality and operating standard. Its shoppers moved to the new experience, bringing all three markets into one mobile program.

## What Shipped

The delivered scope was three native storefronts: two first-time app launches and one rebuild. The shared approach supported local differences in catalog, currency, payments and inventory.

That distinction matters when planning a rollout. A new market needs its first mobile shopping path. An existing app needs a transition for the customers already using it. This project had to account for both.
